How To Prepare Aloo Tikki Chaat?

Begin by boiling the potatoes. Remove the skin from the boiling potatoes and thoroughly grate them.

Bread crumbs, green chilies, salt, and coriander leaves should all be combined next. Form a dough by combining all of the ingredients. Grease your palms with oil and shape little circular patties (tikkies). This proportion yields approximately 10 tikkis.

Heat some oil in a skillet and shallow fry the tikkis one at a time. Fry both sides until golden brown.

Assembling the chaat

Place the tikkies side by side on a plate/platter, as shown in the image. Pour some yogurt that has been whisked over them.

Top with tamarind chutney, green chutney, and cilantro. Finally, top with chaat masala. Depending on the number of tikkis on each dish, you can make numerous plates with this amount.
