Choose the largest pomegranates you can find—the larger the pomegranate, the juicier it will be.

Lime – Use fresh lime juice instead of bottled ones. The fresh ones will make the salad tastier. 

Peanuts – Use roasted peanuts for this recipe. Peanut is one of my favorite snack foods; thus, I always make roasted peanuts at home. You can use store-bought roasted peanuts as well. If you are allergic to peanuts, you can skip peanuts, and instead of peanuts, you can use other nuts like walnuts or almonds. 

Dill – The bright, sweet flavor of dill adds to the taste of the salad.

Salt & Pepper – Add as per taste. 

How To Prepare Pomegranate Cucumber Peanut Salad?

At first, cucumbers should be cut into quarters. 

Then deseed the pomegranates. 

Take a large mixing fowl. Add the diced cucumbers, pomegranate seeds, and peanuts to the bowl.

To it, add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. 

Toss the cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and peanuts together. Garnish with dill if desired. Serve at room temperature.

  • In this salad, use large-sized peanuts if possible.
  • It is not necessary to remove the skin from peanuts. You can use peanuts with the skin if you wish.
  • To make it tastier, add any other fruit or vegetable of your choosing, such as diced apple, strawberry, mango, or tomato. Even chopped onion can be added.
