Watermelon & Kiwi Popsicle
Summer has arrived, and I love these gorgeous, healthy watermelon popsicles! They are a delicious summer treat that is ideal. These watermelon popsicles will quickly satisfy your thirst!
Anything with watermelon is ideal for this hot weather. As a major admirer of watermelons, I have to say that they are a must-have for summer!
But here is a slight twist. You must have had many watermelon popsicles throughout your life. This time, for a change, I thought of making watermelon popsicles that not only tasted like watermelon but also looked like one.
So, for that, I have prepared three different flavored layers. For the red watermelon. For the green kiwi and for the white coconut.
This is a great addition to any kind of summer party because it will surely amaze your guest with its look.

Notable Ingredients at A Glance
Watermelon – Choose the ripest watermelon for your popsicles. When pressed, ripe watermelon should have a thick rind that does not give easily. Those that do are usually overripe. If you scratch it with your fingernail, you shouldn’t be able to cut through it. A mature watermelon should have a firm rind that is not easily scratched and does not yield to pressure.
Kiwi – When purchasing kiwi fruits, choose plump, fragrant, and slightly squishy fruits because they will be sweeter. Harder kiwis would be unripe, sour, and astringent in flavor.
Coconut Milk – I have used coconut milk for the tropical flavors to complement each other.
Chocolate Chip – I have used chocolate chips for the black seeds of watermelon.
How To Prepare Watermelon & Kiwi Popsicle?
Cut and blend the watermelon and kiwi into cubes and freeze them in the refrigerator. Then layering becomes easy.
Add the watermelon puree along with some chocolate chips into the popsicle mold and let it freeze. Once it has frozen, add the coconut milk, followed by the pureed kiwi. Because the coconut milk is thick, there is no need to freeze it before adding the kiwi.
Refrigerate it overnight. The next day, garnish it with some more chocolate chips and enjoy your summer.

Some Expert Tips For Preparing Watermelon & Kiwi Popsicle
- To avoid hard black seed fragments in your popsicles, use seedless watermelon. Pick out as many seeds as you can if you use a watermelon with seeds. The small white seeds can be left alone, but the black seeds will not blend nicely.
- Use frozen fruits for better results.
