DESCRIPTION

Watermelon Tofu SalaD is a refreshing hydrating salad- so wonderfully light, juicy and delicious. Good for weight loss.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ medium size – Watermelon diced (approximately 400gms)
  • 100 gms – Tofu diced or diced feta cheese.
  • 1/2 a medium onion – sliced
  • 1 tsp – Oregano
  • 7 to 8 – Basil or mint leaves chopped
  • A small amount chopped parsley or coriander leaves ( optional)
  • ½ tsp – Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp – Lime juice
  • 1 tsp – Salt

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the ingredients and toss well.
