Bananas are the most likable fruits in the world. Bananas have a variety of health benefits, they are rich in potassium, fiber and also high in antioxidants. I love bananas and try to include them in my diet regularly. Here is a simple recipe which I am sure you all will love and enjoy. Its very filling and is a meal in itself.



  • 2 Banana
  • 400 ml Milk – chilled
  • 1 tsp Jaggery – (optional if the bananas are sweet you can even avoid it, you can also use sugar)
  • 2 drops Vanilla Essence


  1. In a blender add the bananas, milk, jaggery and vanilla essence.
  2. Pulse it for a minute and serve it in a glass and enjoy.
