Ingredients
- 6 Carrots – medium size cut into 1 cm cubes
- 1 cup Matar/Green peas
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- ½ cup Green coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat a kadai, add oil.
- Now add the cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder and red chili powder.
- Mix it all well on low heat and add the chopped carrots and green peas.
- Add salt and mix everything well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Keep stirring in between so that the vegetables do not stick to the pan.
- Once done garnish with some fresh green coriander and serve with roti or paratha.
