Lettuce Wraps (no carb, gluten-free)


This restaurant fav is so easy to make at home with a few ingredients. Crunchy peanuts, sweet and spicy chicken wrapped in fresh lettuce.



  • 1 lb Chicken Breast (or thighs, fat trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions -chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers – chopped
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter (or 2 tbsp crushed peanuts)
  • 89 Romaine Lettuce or Butter Lettuce or Iceberg lettuce


  1. Cut chicken into small cubed pieces and saute 1-2 minutes
  2. Add red curry paste+ginger + garlic
  3. Mix well
  4. Add green onions
  5. Add green bell peppers
  6. Add hoisin sauce
  7. Add peanut butter
  8. Mix well
  9. Place in lettuce
  10. Enjoy!
