Mushrooms: I have used button mushrooms in this dish. You can also use some other mushrooms whichever is available near you.

How to prepare Mushroom Stir Fry? :
Heat a pan or pot and add olive oil.
Once the oil is hot add the mushrooms and stir fry for 2 mins.
Then add the garlic powder and mix thoroughly until the raw aroma of the garlic is not gone.
Now add soy sauce and mix.
End by adding parsley, black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt.
Stir-fry the entire content on high heat for another 6-8 mins and keep stirring constantly unless it is dry.
Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon slices(optional).

- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Lemon(cut in slices)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 200 gm Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Chopped Coriander
- Heat a pan and add oil
- Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 mins
- Add garlic powder and mix
- Add soy sauce and mix
- Add parsley, black pepper and himalayan pink salt and mix
- Stir-fry on high heat for another 6-8 mins. Keep stirring constantly.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon slices.
