No Bake Cookie

Try these amazing no-bake cookies if you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to eat something unhealthy! The use of nuts, peanut butter, and oats makes this a nutritious cookie. Thus, it not only full fills your sweet cravings but also is good for your health.

What are No-Bake Cookies?

These no-bake cookies were one of the first cookies I ever made as a child, and they remain one of my all-time favorites. They are easy to make, tasty as well as healthy.

The peanut butter and chocolate powder combine to form a wonderfully fudgy treat. And, let’s be honest, who can say no to peanut butter and chocolate? It’s an old-fashioned favorite that never goes out of trend for our taste buds.

These no-bake cookies are ideal for late-night snacking. A snack for after school. Or, whenever you want something easy and delicious, maybe your cheat meals.

Nothing can go wrong when you combine peanut butter, chocolate powder, milk, sugar, and quick oats. Skip the coconut powder or use dried coconut if you don’t have it. Also, if you are allergic to peanut butter, make sure to skip it.

Notable Ingredients At A Glance

Peanut Butter – I recommend using no-stir creamy peanut butter. However, I believe the crunchy adds a nice texture to the cookies. A little crunch in every bite. But, once again, let your taste buds guide you!

Honey – I have used honey as the sweetener. You can also use sugar or any other natural sweetener such as maple syrup.

Oats – The oats give this classic cookie a chewy texture that makes it so delicious. I prefer quick oats or rolled oats, but you may use regular oats as well. Keep in mind that it will result in a chewier, thicker texture.

Dry Fruits and Seeds – I have used almonds and flax seeds in this recipe. You can also use cashews, walnuts, or any other dry fruits of your choice.

Chocolate Syrup – I have used chocolate syrup for garnishing. If you prefer chocolate cookies, you can use cocoa powder.

How To Prepare No Bake Cookies?

Take a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients, peanut butter, honey, oats, chopped almonds, flax seeds, and chocolate syrup. Mix all of it very well.

Shape it in the form of cookies and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.

Garnish it with chocolate syrup, and enjoy.
