Description
Paneer Tikka Disc is very tasty recipe and it is very easy to prepare it. It is super delicious and it is a very flavorful recipe.

Ingredients
- 200 gms – Paneer cut into ½ cm cubes
- 1 tsp – Chili powder
- 1 tsp – Coriander powder
- 1 tsp – Garam masala powder (Everest garam masala powder)
- ½ tsp – Chat masala/Amchur powder
- 1 tsp – Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp – lemon juice
- 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp – Salt
- ½ cup curd
- 2 tbsp – Oil
- 1 cup – Chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and corn)
- 4 tbsp – Mint chutney
- 6 slices – Bread
- 2 tbsp – Butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl add curd, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well and add paneer pieces.
- Marinate the paneer pieces for atleast 30 minutes.
- Heat a kadai add oil, add the marinated paneer pieces and cook till all the water evaporates this takes about 7 to 9 minutes. Keep it aside.
- Now take 2 bread slices, we need 2 cookie cutters one big and one a little smaller than the other one.
- If you don’t have cookie cutter, take bowls of different sizes.
- Place the 2 bread slices on the chopping board and cut out two circles with the bigger cutter.
- Now take one of the round pieces of bread and with the help of the small cutter make a ring.
- Apply mint chutney on the round bread slice and place the filling and the chopped vegetables.
- You can add some mozzarella cheese as well if you want.
- Now place the bread ring on top and brush with some butter.
- In this way make the other discs and keep them aside.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- Grease a baking tray and place the bread discs on it for grilling in the oven.
- Grill the bread discs in the oven till they get a golden colour on top and become crisp.This takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once done take out the grilled bread discs with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
