Description

Paneer Tikka Disc is very tasty recipe and it is very easy to prepare it. It is super delicious and it is a very flavorful recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 gms – Paneer cut into ½ cm cubes
  • 1 tsp – Chili powder
  • 1 tsp – Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp – Garam masala powder (Everest garam masala powder)
  • ½ tsp – Chat masala/Amchur powder
  • 1 tsp – Kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp – lemon juice
  • 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp – Salt
  • ½ cup curd
  • 2 tbsp – Oil
  • 1 cup – Chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and corn)
  • 4 tbsp – Mint chutney
  • 6 slices – Bread
  • 2 tbsp – Butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add curd, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and add paneer pieces.
  3. Marinate the paneer pieces for atleast 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a kadai add oil, add the marinated paneer pieces and cook till all the water evaporates this takes about 7 to 9 minutes. Keep it aside.
  5. Now take 2 bread slices, we need 2 cookie cutters one big and one a little smaller than the other one.
  6. If you don’t have cookie cutter, take bowls of different sizes.
  7. Place the 2 bread slices on the chopping board and cut out two circles with the bigger cutter.
  8. Now take one of the round pieces of bread and with the help of the small cutter make a ring.
  9. Apply mint chutney on the round bread slice and place the filling and the chopped vegetables.
  10. You can add some mozzarella cheese as well if you want.
  11. Now place the bread ring on top and brush with some butter.
  12. In this way make the other discs and keep them aside.
  13. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  14. Grease a baking tray and place the bread discs on it for grilling in the oven.
  15. Grill the bread discs in the oven till they get a golden colour on top and become crisp.This takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
  16. Once done take out the grilled bread discs with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.Paneer Tikka Disc Image
